The single and double room on the ground floor has a connecting door. And is suitable for a family of 3. 
Both rooms together is £150. 
Per night.  Sharing the bathroom between both rooms.

Breakfast is made to order and delivered to your room between 7.30 and 9.30 am. For early risers a continental breakfast can be left on a tray in the kitchen. There is a guest kitchen where guests can prepare their own breakfast. There are two supermarkets nearby on Argyle Street. Sorry, no curries allowed. Special diets are catered for We need to know prior to arrival what your requirements are.

Laundry Facilities £12-£15 per load. 

Weekly rates are available for longer stays of 3 months or more on a room only basis or with breakfast, the price depends on the level of service required.  Long term stays to be paid every three months in advance on arrival.
